Chicken Coop Complete

Sep 9, 2026 8:00 AM

We are excited to share some wonderful news: our new chicken coop is officially finished! What started as a project has become a beautiful addition to our campus, and we couldn’t be more grateful to the people who helped bring it to life.

A very special thank you to some of our Brighton fathers and volunteers for generously giving their time, talent, and craftsmanship to build the coop. From the construction to the finishing touches, they took great care to make sure everything was done just right. Their hard work has created not only a safe and welcoming home for our chickens, but also something our entire community can enjoy and be proud of.

And the special touches don’t stop there. The beautiful artwork featured on the coop was created by a Brighton alum, adding another meaningful connection to our school community. It’s a wonderful reminder of the lasting impact our Brighton family can have, both during their time here and long after they graduate.

Soon, the coop will welcome a dozen chickens, and we can’t wait to see them settle into their new home! We’re looking forward to all the learning, joy, and memories these new feathered residents will bring.

Projects like this are made possible because of people who are willing to share their time, talents, and hearts with our community. We are incredibly thankful to our Brighton Men’s Club and Brighton alum for helping make this special project a reality.
