Courtney Phillips
Term: 2023-2026
Courtney is currently President and CEO of PhillipsClark Consulting. She earned her Master of Public Administration from Louisiana State University and her PhD in Public Policy from Southern University. She previously worked as Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health, Executive Commissioner of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, and CEO of Nebraska Health and Human Services. Courtney currently serves on the Capital Area Human Services District (CAHSD) board of directors. She also has past board experience with Louisiana Children’s Cabinet, Texas HHS Executive Health Council, NE Workforce Commission. Courtney’s experience with dyslexia stems from her son, who attends The Brighton School, and the journey they have been on the last ten years.
