This is Courtney’s first year at Brighton as a teacher. Courtney went to Brighton as a dyslexic student from 3rd to 8th grade. Before coming to Brighton Courtney worked for Louisiana Key Academy where she taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade Math and Science. This is Courtney’s 6th year teaching, and she is passionate about what she does and creating excited learners.
We are a school that is dedicated to students who have dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. We believe that ALL students can learn. It’s a matter of how the instruction is given and the support that is available to push students to their potential.
