Like most private schools, The Brighton School relies on gifts to the Bengal Fund to support the operating budget as it provides unrestricted gifts to our current year’s operational budget.
Each contribution, no matter the size, helps to support all areas of our school from academics, specialized therapy programs, professional development for our teachers, athletics, as well as financial aid.
This year, the focus of our Bengal Fund is to help complete the new lunch room, concession/serving area, and weight room in the new addition to the side of the gym.

Matching Gifts
Double your gift, not your cost. Maximize your charitable gift to DAGBR/Brighton by using the benefit offered by many employers. Does your company offer a matching program? Check to see if your employer will match your gift to the Dyslexic Association of Greater Baton Rouge (DAGBR). We are a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are tax-deductible and always greatly appreciated.
Honorary/Memorial Giving

We are a school that is dedicated to students who have dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. We believe that ALL students can learn. It’s a matter of how the instruction is given and the support that is available to push students to their potential.
