Angelle High is a lifelong educator with over 20 years of experience in the field of education. Her teaching career focused primarily on high school English, choral music, and speech and debate within private schools in Baton Rouge, Denver, and Colorado Springs. Ms. High also spent over four years in the non-profit world developing curriculum, conducting workshops and seminars for educators and families, and developing sales and marketing strategies for Manners of the Heart, an SEL curriculum. She co-founded the Baton Rouge Speech and Debate Club in 2006 and is still actively coaching forensics. With theatrical experience and a degree in Music, Ms. High has produced several plays and musicals in churches and schools and remains very active in music at her church. Inspired by the adoptions of her two daughters, she counseled families considering foreign adoption through Children’s Hope International. In her current role as Director of Enrollment at the Brighton School, Ms. High loves working with and offering hope to the families of potential students who are challenged with learning differences. She and her husband, Jay High, have four children.
