Rena Gremillion

My name is Rena Gremillion. My husband, Bart and I have three daughters. Our oldest, Brooke graduated from Southern University and is now a nurse. Madeline is an alumna of Brighton and will be graduating from Nicholls State University in nursing. Lastly, our youngest daughter Katherine will be a 9th grader at Brighton for the 2022-2023 school year. I worked in the Banking Industry for many years before becoming an at-home mom for 10 years. I went back to full-time work with my husband to support him in our family business. I enjoy spending time with my family in all of our adventures, be it camping, fishing or just relaxing at home. The Brighton School has been outstanding for my youngest daughter, as she has gained confidence both academically and personally. I am excited to be able to work with The Brighton School to continue the wonderful works they provide to all of our children.
We are a school that is dedicated to students who have dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. We believe that ALL students can learn. It’s a matter of how the instruction is given and the support that is available to push students to their potential.
