This week our middle school and high school students will be signing The Brighton School Honor Code. To prepare our students for this commitment, advisors led students through daily discussions analyzing the school’s WATCH prayer and considering its meaning. Here are a few of the questions our students discussed in advisory time:
-When was a time you had to carefully choose your words?
-When did you choose to show kindness to someone even when it wasn’t easy?
-When are some times during our school day that we need to show grace and honor?
-What does being a good person of character mean to you?
We are a school that is dedicated to students who have dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. We believe that ALL students can learn. It’s a matter of how the instruction is given and the support that is available to push students to their potential.
