Job Opportunities at The Brighton School

1st Grade: The Brighton School is anticipating the addition of a first-grade teacher.  If you have a desire to work with young children who learn differently, this may be the job for you.  Enjoy a small class size of just six students, a supportive lower elementary team, and a supportive and engaging place to work.  While we would love to have teachers with reading therapy credentials and special education background, we will happily train and guide the right person toward becoming a Certified Academic Language Practitioner.  At Brighton, we believe in teaching students the way they learn.  If this appeals to you, send a letter of interest and a current resume to Cheryl Ollmann, Principal at collmann@thebrightonschool.org.

3rd Grade:  The Brighton School is anticipating the addition of a third-grade teacher.

6th Grade:  The Brighton School is looking to hire a sixth-grade teacher for math and science instruction for the 2022-2023 school year.  Candidates should have a desire to work with students with dyslexia and language-based learning differences and believe in helping students learn in a multi-sensory fashion.  Ideal candidates should have a background in special education and experience in working with students who learn differently.  At Brighton, we let our teachers teach and re-experience why they entered the field of education.  If this appeals to you, please send a letter of interest and a current resume to Cheryl Ollmann, Principal at collmann@thebrightonschool.org.
